| The Rusch TruView EVO is an optical view laryngoscope blade which is designed to providect laryngoscopy with continuous oxygen insufflation more safely, clearly and more easily. Indicated for use in both standard and difficult intubation, it illuminates and expands angular view of the larynx and adjacent structures, thereby facilitating endotracheal intubation. The Rusch TruView EVO uses an optical system viewtube which consists of prisms and lenses that extend beyond the distal end of the blade. It is designed to decrease laceration and bleeding of the pharyngeal-laryngeal mucosal tissue. It reduces the amount of force needed to successfully intubate by greaer than 30%. Protects against dental injury, reduces post-intubation sore throat and minimizes risk of esophogeal intubation. |
