Return Goods Policy
All Returns must be authorized in advance by Hull Anesthesia, Inc. and be assigned a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). This authorization will be given based on the following criteria:
- Only goods purchased within the last 45 days will be considered for return.
- Product must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Product returned for other than product defect or shipping error is subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Product returned due to defect is subject to manufacturers guidelines.
- Issuance of credit is subject to final acceptance and inspection of product by Hull Anesthesia, Inc.
