The Tympanic Temperature Probe is designed to be a less intrusive option to accurately measure body temperature. Taking temperature measure from the tympanic membrane – through the ear canal – the patient is not forced to experience the discomfort of placing an esophageal or rectal probe. All Tympanic Temperature Probes are latex-free and disposable.
