The Robertshaw Fiber Optic Laryngoscope Blade for Newborn and Infant
The Robert Shaw blade for infants and children is gently curved over the distal third and is designed to lift the epiglottis indirectly in the manner of the macintosh blade. The blade section permits binocular vision thus allowing better judgement of depth and consequently less risk of trauma. The Robertshaw blade is made from 303/304 surgigal stainless steel and is fully compliant with ISO standard 7376-3 and is interchangeable with other companies “Green System” products.
